John founded Mitchell Construction & Design with a vision to elevate the building experience through structure, integrity, and leadership. With a deep understanding of both construction execution and project planning, he is closely involved in estimating, design coordination, and overall project oversight.
Clients appreciate John’s calm, straightforward approach and his ability to translate complex decisions into clear, manageable steps. His leadership ensures each project is approached with intention, accountability, and long-term thinking.
Outside of work, John values time with his wife Savannah and their daughter Lainey, and enjoys being outdoors, golfing, and fly fishing.
Selections Coordinator
Kennedy manages the selections process, guiding clients through finish choices while keeping specifications organized and on schedule. She ensures all selections are documented, approved, and properly coordinated with the construction team.
Her role bridges client preferences and execution, helping prevent delays and miscommunication. Clients appreciate her responsiveness, clarity, and ability to simplify complex selection decisions.
Kennedy’s organization and consistency contribute directly to a smoother, more enjoyable building experience.
Financial Manager
Bre oversees the financial coordination of projects, ensuring budgets, billing, and cost tracking remain accurate and transparent. She works closely with the team to maintain financial clarity from pre-construction through completion.
Her attention to detail and disciplined approach help protect both the client’s investment and the integrity of each project. Bre plays a critical role in keeping projects aligned financially while supporting informed decision-making.
Her involvement allows clients to feel confident that pricing, invoicing, and financial communication are handled with precision and care.
