They removed two load bearing walls, replaced the majority of our floor joists, and re-drywalled most of the living space. They were able to get us further on our budget than we had thought possible and still did a great job. The final product is beautiful and well finished.

We had a great experience with Mitchell Construction on our kitchen/living space remodel. To start the process we received a very detailed and itemized list of what was included in the project. It eliminated the “oh, we didn’t have that included in the quote” conversation. Once the project was agreed on, we were given a start date and crew showed up on that date to get started. Something that doesn’t always happen with other construction companies. Throughout the entire project, we had access to the weekly schedule and multiple phone conversations each week with John on the process. We felt we were constantly in the loop or we could get answers that same day. Our space turned out beautiful! Would definitely recommend Mitchell Construction.
